3. Products and Services

1. Food Supplements Subscription

   • Our supplements are sold exclusively on a monthly auto-renewing subscription basis.

   • Payments are processed securely via our payment processor Stripe.

   • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

2. Withy Labs App

   • The app provides free educational health content, tailored lessons, and insights.

   • Use of the app is also governed by the relevant App Store or Google Play Store terms of use, which apply in addition to these Terms.

4. Orders, Billing, and Payments

• By purchasing, you authorise us (via our payment processor Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

• The subscription charge includes product cost, packaging, and standard UK shipping.

• If payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your subscription until payment details are updated.

5. Cancellations

• You may cancel at any time by visiting billing.withylabs.com.

• If you cancel after payment has been taken for the current month, you will still receive that month’s product. The subscription will then not renew further.

• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship monthly to UK addresses only. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, we can pass on applicable import duties to you at our discretion.

• Delivery times may vary, whilst we aim to dispatch products promptly each month. We are not liable for any unforeseen delays or issues in shipment that are outside our control.

• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Health Disclaimer

• Our supplements are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult your doctor or a qualified health professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

• Results from supplements may vary.
